OrthoGraph 3D Measurement with Leica DISTO
The OrthoGraph system makes it easy to capture even the most complex floor plans with high accuracy. For the best experience, we recommend using Leica DISTO X3, X4, or X6 laser distance meters mounted on a tripod using the Leica tripod adapter.
From a single measurement position, simply measure the room corners or multiple points along the walls. OrthoGraph automatically generates an accurate floor plan in real time. Doors, windows, and other openings can be captured just as easily, allowing the complete layout to be created directly on site.
If parts of the room are not visible from a single position, simply move the measuring device to a new location. After a quick calibration between the previous and the new measurement position, surveying can continue seamlessly. This allows large, complex, or partially obstructed spaces to be measured accurately while maintaining a single, continuous floor plan.
The result is a fast, intuitive, and highly accurate surveying workflow that significantly reduces manual drawing and enables reliable digital floor plans for BIM and facility management applications.
